AI, IoT and DT - A Good or Bad TRIO ???
The internet has our existence upside down. It has
revolutionized communications in such a way that it is a preferred medium of
everyday communication. As the food is essential for our sustenance and
survival so is the internet which acts like our food providing nourishment to
our brain, we cannot live without it.
The Internet provides a gateway to the various
other networks. It synchronizes every people together across the world. Thus it
can be referred to as the heart and soul of people without which life will be
at stake. The internet underwent immense growth, it has widened the scope to
encompass the IT capabilities of universities, research centers, private and
public enterprises, etc. This is the backbone of people at large, without which
life is incomplete. Thus the internet has helped us to carry our work more
effectively and at one go.
We can render innovative solutions to the people during the process of carrying out trade. Thus we can design various features which will be helpful for every people to work effectively. It helped people to undertake innovative projects which are possible only through design thinking, if they innovate new ideas and design it in a sophisticated manner, then it will be more lucrative.
A new interesting concept has emerged which is known as the Internet of things. It is a network of sensors generating data about the physical world and other devices that act on the data. It generates a massive amount of data and transmits, stores, manages, and interprets it. We can apply design thinking to IoT as we can effectively implement intentional innovations to bridge the gaps and challenges of IoT architecture, As design thinking will enable us to help you innovate the right product and strengthen your return on investment.
Internet of things and artificial intelligence works together for the accomplishment of tasks. Artificial intelligence refers to the process where men are replaced by machines automating the work simpler and dramatically making it easier. Thus this modern technology, on one hand, made our life sophisticated and on another hand, it has rendered thousands of people jobless.
In every corporate entity, artificial intelligence has been incorporated which became difficult for a human being to earn their livelihood as they are thrown out of jobs. It has affected our present workforce diversity and it will also affect in future. Thus IoT and artificial intelligence are dependent upon one another. As IoT devices will generate huge amount t of data, then artificial intelligence will be functionally necessary to deal with huge volumes if we are having a chance of making a sense of the data.
In the traditional system, a large number of people were required to complete a specific task, it became difficult for the supervisor to manage them. Thus after artificial intelligence evolved, it just opened the door for solving complex problems, as a single robot or machine can solve complex problems at one go. It serves as an effective tool for reducing errors and fraud. If they are provided with correct and accurate data it can solve it within a fraction of second.
It can be said that
it is like a summersault that keeps on moving round and round and solving work
24*7 without any rest. Although humans capable of doing and executing the
work in time however, they cannot carry out the work without a break and it will
take hours after hours for carrying out the work. Humans generally take time
in making concrete decisions but after the emergence of artificial
intelligence, quick decisions can be made.
We are accustomed to our daily needs like google, apple Siri and some other search engines which helped us to get any information needed by us. We perform many repetitive tasks such as sending mail, correcting errors, thus it makes our life monotonous and dull, but artificial intelligence can automate these mundane tasks and can remove boring tasks for humans and free them up to be increasingly creative.
This modern
technology has disrupted the entire workforce diversity. As people are
hungering after jobs, they do not find pace in the workplace due to the
emergence of AI. Thus humans are left jobless even after having the necessary
skills and innovation.
It is costly as it is a machine it needs to be programmed year after year and
it requires a lot of effort and it requires a huge amount of expenditure for
every wear and tear. As technology came into the workplace people became lazy,
they are dependent on machines for carrying out work.
By the word artificial it means it’s not natural they are not human beings,
they do not have life and do not have emotions like humans. So when it comes to
coordination it does not have that power to work as a team like humans can do
in general.
Technology had opened the door for people to suffer from many chronic diseases
and if sufficient care is not taken he may suffer from prolonged illness. We
are dependent upon technology, which is very harmful to us as we become
responsible for many diseases. For example, Suppose a mobile that has
various applications, which though is very useful for us but whether we have
ever thought of this, when we completely go on digging the phones over and over
again, how much impact it has laid upon in our health.
disrupting eons human activities"
Code driven systems have spread to more than half of the world’s inhabitants in ambient information and connectivity offering unimagined opportunities and unprecedented threats.
In one way or other, the trio - Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, and Internet of Things combined serve as a vital force towards the high end - tech efficient lifestyle while on the other hand, it has ruined the people at large as they are thriving hard to seek employability and humane touch in general.
