Preserve and conserve  greenery and go green 

Go Green initiatives are all about conserving the greenery and promoting green all around. Every citizen must imply some efforts to be eco-friendly. Go green moment encourages people to be environment friendly to accomplish green planet dream.

 Contribution of the Go Green  initiative

1.Conserving greenery i.e Conserving Planet 

 Conserving Planet is conserving the life of the people living on the planet everyone must give some efforts to conserve greenery.

 2. Lessens  greenhouse effect 

Greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide are considered significant to contributed to global warming. By reducing petroleum usage and using a green car can lessen the greenhouse effect.

3 3R -Reuse, Reduce, Recycle

 It encourages people to reduce their consumption which harms the environment and also encourages foe reusing and recycling which also reduces waste.

4 . Wildlife Preservation

Due to deforestation, day by day plants and animals are extinct. Going green will preserve the habitat which is dependent mostly on Green Jungles.

INITIATIVES WHICH MAY HELP IN GREEN PLANET

  1. Reusable Office supplies and stationery – Reusable office supplies and stationery must be encouraged. 

  2. Go Digital – Using mail and electronic devices can also help in going green.

  3. Power Saving – Every office can save almost 40 % of electricity by switching off Power whenever not used.

  4. Encourage Solar Power use – Solar panels can be used as a substitution of electricity.

  5. Green Plants for Decoration – Instead of artificial decoration stuff, green plants can be used for decoration.

  6. Celebrate Plantation Day – Plantation must be done and celebrated to encourage eco-friendly behavior. 

  7. Create a Garden – A beautiful garden which not only nourishes and soothes the environment but also minds. In-office, organization, school, college, the terrace also garden can be developed.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recreate may be treated as the leading mantra for go green initiatives. Every individual should think and care about the environment. Eco-friendly behavior must be developed and efforts must be given to preserve and conserve greenery all around.
