In the era of work from home and technology, Online  Interviews are commonly conducted. Online interviews are conducted using several platforms such as email,  video conference prerecorded tests, etc several techniques may be used to ace the online interview. 

Tips to ace an Online Interview

1 ) Research the company and designation

Before the Interview, one must know about the company and regarding designation  which develops confidence as well as gives you a rhythm to Ace the Interview

2) Test the tech

The interviewee must test all the perspective of technology used while online Interview such as video, sound, internet connection so that hurdle free Interview can be done and also must have technical knowledge regarding that platform to solve if any difficulty faced during an online interview 

3) Distraction Free for Hurdle free Interview

Pick the interview spot wisely which helps to avoid distractions and have well lighting and also turn off notification sound to avoid distractions. 

4) Dress up Professionally 

5) Confidence  and calm yourself

While interview,  you must keep yourself calm and confident which may help in acing the interview.

6) Eye Contact

Eye contact is a must for both online or traditional interviews. You must focus on the webcam and stay engaged in the Interview. Avoid looking at yourself on the screen.
