 A chatbot is an AI-based software that is designed to stimulate chat or conversations with the users. Messaging applications, websites, mobile apps can be used for chatbots. It helps in interpreting the word given and responds accordingly.

  1. Button Chatbots- Button chatbots are based on predetermined and predefined buttons and customers will choose a button to interact. 

  2. Conversational Chatbots – Conversational  Chatbots are based on keyword and interpretation based. It converses and chats with users to provide the required information.

  3. Keyword Recognization chatbot - keyboard recognization chat boot is designed are in a way that it understands the question with the help of keywords given in natural language by the customer and responds accordingly. 

Keywords, Understanding the context, and responding are keys for chatbots working.
