We put strong efforts to keep our house, car, and clothes clean but do we ever put an ounce of effort into our own health. In these unfortunate times when we are having to face a deadly virus the value of life has become way more precious than it was. This pandemic hit scenario has made everyone realize how it’s a blessing if our hearts are still beating.
The human heart is an organ that pumps blood throughout the body via the circulatory system, supplying oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and removing carbon dioxide and other wastes. It gives life force to all the other organs in our body. So about we learn how to keep our heart happy.
Here are some DONT’S
Consumption of tobacco in a form be it cigarettes, cigars, or pipers.
Consumption of alcohol in excess can also damage the heart.
Lacking sleep. If you don’t get enough sleep risk of cardiovascular diseases increases.
Here are some DO’S
A proper sleep cycle. A minimum of 8hour sleep daily is recommended.
Exercising daily.
A healthy diet includes healthy fats, proteins, and vitamins. An unhealthy diet can lead to a rise in blood sugar level, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
Signals that indicate that the heart may not be happy
Shortness of breath
Pain or discomfort in the chest.
Unstable heartbeats or palpitations.
Dizziness or weakness
A happy heart leads to a happy life.
With a happy heart, the beat goes on.
