Teachers, students, and parents are the main pillars of education. The whole society looks up to the teacher for education. Being a teacher carries many responsibilities and for that one may possess several qualities such as overwhelming caring, warmth, and enthusiasm. Teaching textual books is not enough, the teacher must focus on multiple developments of the students.

Good Communication
Teachers must acquire good communication skills as communication is basic for teaching and learning.
Good Listener
For being a good teacher, one must be a good listener as students have much to say and ask which must be patiently heard.
Patience
Patience is key for better understanding and bonds among teachers and students.
Friendly Attitude
The teacher must develop a friendly attitude so that students may feel comfortable in the classroom and clear their doubts.
Ready for Self Improvement
Self-improvement is developing new skills that can help them grow professionally. The teacher must evaluate their skills and scope for development and go through training and webinars for professional growth.
Adaptable Behaviour
Now curriculum, education policy, teaching technique are evolving. The teacher must adopt new techniques
Able to engage student actively and joyfully
Being able to engage students in the classroom is essential. Creative teaching techniques, teaching aid, and classroom involvement can be used for good teaching and learning.
Good Counsellor
Teaching students is not only providing textual knowledge but multiple developments of the student. The teacher must notice all behavior and counsel them if required.
So, for being a good teacher, they must create a good bond with students and create a joyful and comfortable classroom experience
