In the current time of quarantine, people have started indulging in many activities at their home and one is gardening specifically quarantine gardening which showcasing the passion of the people. To get acquainted with different plant types and about them. Being with plant makes we feel safe and calm to our mind and rejuvenates it, nature has the power of self-healing as we all but it heals others also and gives us the feeling of relaxing and comfort. It provides us a certainly good feeling after gardening long but does this makes sense to call gardening a good exercise and most probably a yes. It depends on the way you are taking this part either just planting or involving in each activity of gardening. If all the task of gardening is considered then you will find it the best exercise to go with. The time we devote to this activity count on your body for sure if we are active for 30 minutes. By being in the garden we are also building on our muscle groups the major parts like legs, arms, neck, shoulders, and buttocks. There are many benefits which I could explain here by gardening as we are not ourselves a better environment only but also a lot of good deeds come out of that. Gardening is the complete exercise we need to follow, those bending on knees by keeping back straight, digging the soil with a shovel, making of manure all are calorie burning in the body. The research shows that few minutes of basic exercise like gardening controls the blood pressure and helps in maintaining body health, for those who want to burn fat this is the proper exercise as it keeps you involved in daily activity and keeps your overall health good. It has lots of variation in an activity which we can vary ourselves at our own need.
