 LAUGHTER IS A MEDICINE


The laugh we have in our most tense time keeps us alive and reminding us that happiness is the cure of difficulties, by being tensed of us either killing our rationale or making ourselves vulnerable to mistakes. The benefits of a laugh have proven quite much in the past whether it through movies like “Munna Bhai MBBS” which is a classic example of Laughter is a medicine that how the regular laugh helps a patient to recover from his illness which was a tedious task for doctors also and “3 idiots” also has presented the value of laugh that a good laugh is all required to come back to life. Laugh teaches us that life is not harsh; it is our efforts that make difference in the way we want to live. We are becoming advance in life, change of culture, thoughts; the nuclear societies are the fashions in which we are getting indulge. People living in the same apartments are unknown to each other. We are hell busy in our life and rewarded with the disease like stress, anxiety, depression and hence lost control of our mental well-being but if we involve certain activities that make us laugh, to get acquainted with each other. We would be happier. Strong laughs deep down inside are necessary and even an aasan in yoga. There are scientific reasons behind the benefits of laugh both mentally and physically. It is easy to get worried about small problems difficult is to think of a solution and stop worrying which we can only do if our mind is accustomed to not getting easily tensed. Life is not worth it if it is devoid of a laugh. Everyone wants to be with a person who can make them laugh so, why not become that person yourself rather than searching for others. Laughter soothes the environment, surroundings, and makes you feel confident and alive. It's the best thing to have in this world.
