         A PATH OF HEALING

When I heard the news of the lockdown on 15th March, it wasn't a piece of news which brought a smile to my face. Staying isolated, no trips, no hangout, no friends and all I could just sum up to it was a cage. It felt as if someone caged me. Just like in every 24 hours we witness both the light and darkness, the same can be the experience of this lockdown.

 TO THE ETERNAL SUNSHINE

I found the path of healing, this healing was from the bleakness I had inside me. I discovered new ways to enjoy the real- me, self-love is the greatest therapy to rejoice your soul, mind and in fact the people around you as you have so much positive vibe around you.

Spend this quarantine to sort out your grudges with your loved ones, do things that make you happy, pamper yourself, do those little extra efforts for your family, be kind to the strays, and just be the person you always wanted to be.

MOTHER NATURE CAN BE SEEN HEALING

Haven't we humans been too cruel to the mother earth? In satisfying our greed we have brutally harmed her ineffable creation. This lockdown has helped the animals re-live their life.

Dolphins could be seen swimming near the marine drive. People can now hear the chirping of birds. These birds are flapping their wings in the clear sky with lesser pollution levels in the air.  A grand Nilgai was seen wandering on the streets of Noida. A Malabar Civet, an endangered species was spotted jaunting on the streets in Kerala.

HUMANITY IS STILL LEFT

Humanity is all about caring for others, not only humans but also animals. When a country has to witness the consequences of such a pandemic situation, it becomes important for all to be united. It makes my heart smile to see people donating food to those in need, Gurdwara giving shelter to the homeless, rich donating the money for the treatments of the victims of COVID-19.

CONCLUSION

Thank you for reading this article. If you feel, you discovered the new better version of yourself, use the (hashtag) #I AM HEALING.
