Aren't you bored of doing the same thing again and again? Being a human, all we want is to have a variety of options in our lives. How badly I wish I had some superpowers, to help me avoid the burden of the work to be completed.
But that's not practically possible, but then what can save us are the technology and its wonders. Robots are just a close substitute for humans.

Robotic Process Automation is the procedure where robots act as a substitute of human by mimicking its action and complete a given task by performing it in a sequence of the process step by step, without any intervention of human in the task.
The robots are not physically visible but virtually present in the form of software. It helps to reduce the workload in the following fields of –
Accounting
Human resources
Financial services
Healthcare
Supply Chain Management
Customer Service

☆ Enhances the speed of the work by leaving enough time for the finance team to focus on the core activities.
☆ It helps in economical efficiency by reducing the duplication of payments.
☆ It becomes difficult for the members of the hospitals to keep a track of each patient’s medical record as it requires the safely keep the data of their health reports in a manual form such as in an entry book or separate medical file for each patient. This becomes difficult as it increases the chances of the data being lost due to misplacement of the record maintainer material.

There are mainly three categories in which robotic process automation can be summed up-
probats- it is mainly a bot that has the artificial intelligence of following easy repeatable rules in order to process data.
Knowbots- they are the bots that are used in tasks that require searching the internet to gather and store user-specified information.
Chatbots- They are capable of replacing human needs in the area of solving customer queries by becoming a virtual agent who can respond and solves the queries of customers.
TO THE PROGRESS
The evolution of the RPA can be noticed from the 21st century. The vital role played by the three technologies namely screen scraping, workflow automation, and artificial intelligence has lead to remarkable growth in the RPA.
WHAT MAKES THE SOFTWARE BETTER?
The factors which make RPA software advanced are-
Scalability- that is the software should be easier to manage.
Speed- in completing the task as well as its the ability to learn new processes.
Reliability- to prevent any mishaps in the software, the RPA should have inbuilt monitoring and analytics to keep a check on the health of the software.
Simplicity- the process of using the software should be easy to learn so that every employee can build and use them for reducing the burden of their workload.
